At Healthy For Life Meals, we offer two menu options — traditional and vegetarian — both designed to help you achieve your weight loss and other health goals while providing complete nutrition and an amazing variety of fresh, delicious meals.

Traditional Menu

Our traditional menu comes in two calorie levels – 1,200 or 2,000 calories per day. When you order either of these traditional menu plans you’ll enjoy satisfying meals that include lean protein sources such as chicken, turkey, fish and beef as well as plenty of fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains, nuts and seeds. Not to mention an occasional dessert! 

Vegetarian Menu

Our vegetarian menu is primarily plant-based and comes in one calorie level – 1,500 calories per day. When you order this menu you’ll enjoy satisfying meals that include lean protein sources such as seeds, grains, beans and eggs as well as plenty of fresh fruits and veggies.

No matter which menu you choose, you’ll be eating a healthy balanced diet. Eating an optimal proportion of the three macronutrients — protein, carbohydrates and fat — is crucial for both good health and  long-term weight loss. That’s why each of our meal plans follows expert guidelines and is carefully designed to provide complete, balanced nutrition. 

In addition, you’ll be amazed by the variety. Our five-week menu rotation means you’ll receive 105 different meals before one repeats.

We work hard to ensure enough variety to please even the most choosy palate, and we carefully create our menus so that each meal works with the others on the menu to provide the nutrition you need to achieve your health and weight loss goals. We also understand that you may enjoy certain meals more than others. That’s why we offer substitutions through our menu customization feature.
