"One of the most important lessons is that I learned on this program was to appreciate my body more and watch what I put into it. If I want to feel good, I should eat healthy and nutritious foods.
Physically, I notice my face looks thinner. My clothes are a lot looser and I've had to get some new ones. Emotionally & mentally I'm a lot more confident than I was before. Reaching my goal weight was always kind of a far off thing… but now I know that I can do it and it won't take "forever" like I originally thought. I have more faith in myself than I did before. This program was what I needed to jump start this journey and it gave me the tools that I need to meet my goal weight. I'm not where I want to be yet but I know I'm on the right track. I feel great! I haven't felt this good in years.
Others say I look great, noticeably thinner and more athletic. It's a great feeling to hear other people say they notice all my hard work as well!
I now look at food as a way to keep my body healthy. I want to live a long healthy life, and realizing that food is one of the ways to make that happen, I came to appreciate it more and watch what I put into my body.
This program changed my life and I couldn't be more grateful for the lessons I've learned.
To others, I’d say: Just do it! Don't think about all the reasons it might not work because it will work if you follow the meal plan. I would tell people that this isn't a "diet." It's a variety of healthy and delicious food. I never felt like I was on a diet and I think that's the biggest thing. If you take the chance and try these meals, stick to only the meals with 2 healthy snacks a day, you will lose weight. I lost 33 pounds in 16 weeks because of it! It's probably the easiest "diet" because you pick up the food, eat the food and lose the weight! Simple as that!"
