Cancellation Policy
Because all meals are freshly prepared to order, once an order is confirmed it cannot be canceled, rescheduled, refunded, or placed on hold.
To cancel, modify, skip, or reschedule an upcoming order — or to cancel an ongoing subscription — you must do so by the deadlines below:
Standard Menu Orders: By 7:00 p.m. on Thursday for the following week’s meals.
Customized Menu Orders: By 7:00 p.m. on Monday for the following week’s meals.
Requests received after these deadlines will apply to the next eligible order cycle.
