Start With Your Base Menu

We offer two primary menus. Each week, you’ll select meals from the menu that best fits your preferences.

Traditional Menu

Best for those who enjoy a wide variety of meals that include:

  • Lean proteins such as chicken, beef, turkey, and fish

  • Balanced portions of vegetables and carbohydrates

  • Familiar flavors with a healthy, well-rounded approach

This is our most popular option and a great fit for most customers. The Traditional Menu is available in 1200 and 2000 calories per day plans.

Vegetarian Menu

Designed for those who prefer plant-forward meals without meat.

This menu includes:

  • Vegetarian protein sources

  • Balanced meals with vegetables, grains, and plant-based ingredients

  • The same portion-controlled structure as our Traditional Menu

It’s a great option whether you’re fully vegetarian or simply looking to reduce meat consumption. The vegetarian option is available in a 1500 calories per day plan.

How Customization Works

We know no two people eat exactly the same way. That’s why our menus are designed with flexibility.

Customization allows you to:

Our goal is to offer flexibility without turning ordering into a complicated, time-consuming process. You first choose your base menu (Traditional or Vegetarian) and place the order. Once the order is placed, you customize your meals.
